Solar Energy Advisor
Are you a motivated, outgoing “closer” looking for your next rewarding sales role? Are you a natural people person fueled by finalizing deals? As an Energy Advisor, you’ll generate new business by canvassing door-to-door and cold calling and conducting all in-house/virtual solar sales.
From designing and presenting solar proposals and qualifying homeowners to presenting financial and install contracts, you’ll own various sales activities critical to our continued success. If you flourish in a fast-paced sales environment and live for the “hunt” of closing your next customer, this dynamic sales role is for you. No experience – no problem. We’ll happily train motivated go-getters on everything you need to know to succeed in solar sales.

Lead Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
- Canvas – You’ll travel door-to-door to connect with potential customers
- Call – Cold calling lead lists to broaden your reach and establish leads
- Capture – You’ll regularly update our CRM and take customer notes to crystalize what each customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS
What it Takes
The most successful Lead Specialist is a motivated, personable, and adept listener who provides superior customer service that results in sales.
Minimum Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated, competitive and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulately present information
- Ethical
- Smartphone and Apple iPad

- Sales experience
- Former server or bartender
- Solar experience
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual

- Canvass – You’ll travel door-to-door to connect with potential customers
- Call – Cold calling lead lists to broaden your reach and establish leads
- Capture – You’ll regularly update our CRM and take customer notes to crystalize what each customer needs
- Communicate – Design and present solar proposals and qualifying homeowners
- Contracts – Present financial and install contracts
- Customer Service – You’ll oversee customer service and follow-up, supporting operations in gathering info and documents from customers
